落ちる

頻繁に落ちます。それとクラフタのアプリを使うと熱を持つので改善してほしいです

長く使ったが

他にも記載ありますが、全業者でアプリダウンが発生します。担当者がいるのですが、問題点や操作説明等チャットでやっていましたが、上記トラブルが以前よりあったので相談。最初は端末のアプリは最新か？端末のバージョンは？とかでしたが、最近はチャットの既読さえつかなくなりました。かなり業者さんも使ってくれていましたが、他の有料アプリに乗り換える事になりました。カスタマーは機能していないし、どうにもなりません。クラフタの有料版にすれば解決するのか？の問いを過去しましたが、変わらないとの事。機能はいいですが、読み込みも重く使用感は悪いです。

頻繁に強制終了される

スマホで文章を書いている時に頻繁に落ちます。チャット欄に書いていたことは記憶されるようで、落ちた後も残っているのですが、施工指示に書いた部分の保存していないところは落ちると全て消えてしまいます。こまめに保存しないといけないのですごく面倒です。スマホを新しいのに替えても変わらないので、アプリの問題だと思います。他はすごくいいので、そこを早くなんとかしてほしいです。

機種変

機種変更したんですが、新しいスマホで見れなくて引き継ぎ方法も書いてなくて、困ってます。
そのため古いスマホを持ち歩かないといけません。
