Love the shows, hate the network. I paid for ad free streaming but when I got ads anyways and tried to call/email/text no one responded. I don’t like people that leave reviews but I’m doing it anyways this network needs to figure it out
This app is great when it works, BUT…..
I subscribed through Apple to the Apple TV / Peacock Premium bundle. I downloaded the app under the same ID but still got prompted to upgrade on my Apple TV device as well as my IPad. This happened in the past. I subscribed again to the same bundle on Peacocks website to try and getting it working. It worked on the Apple TV but not on my iPad. So frustrating when all I want to do is climb in bed and continue watching something on my iPad. Here is a suggestion Peacock, because I am ready to just cancel and not come back. Add a RESTORE PURCHASE button in the app that will connect to my apple account and verify the purchase. You have so many other bells and whistles in this app, so why not have a good old fashion RESTORE PURCHASE button so that this sort of frustration can be avoided.

Too many ads
Even for a subscription that includes ads, the frequency of ads is absolutely ridiculous. Like watching a cheap cable station.

Might as well put an ad every minute. Genuinely the greed is insane.
