Не прошла оплата, отменили заказ, никто даже не соизволил перезвонить, наплевательское отношение к клиентам, баллы списали, чата для общения нет, почему нельзя было оплатить курьеру? Предложили оформить заказ еще раз и ждать больше часа, кошмар а на конторка

Нет возможности отменить заказ. А бонусы в заказе который не оплачен уже списаны. И в новом заказе уже их использовать нельзя и старый не оплаченный заказ нельзя отменить.

Вечные проблемы приложения

Постоянно в данном приложении какие-то проблемы, то товар не добавляется в корзину, то баллы не списываются, то оплата не проходит, сейчас вот уже долгое время (а заказываю я далеко не каждый день, но проблема сохраняется) абсолютно не дает никак выбрать адрес для доставки - ну это же УЖАС для приложения с ДОСТАВКОЙ 🙈
