Кошмар, а не доставка

Заказала доставку, через пол часа позвонил оператор все уточнил, сказал ждать 2ч, думаю ладно хорошо, прошло уже 3,5ч после того, как я сделала заказ в приложении, никакой доставки нет, в приложении вообще информации о статусе заказа нет! Телефоны отключили, дозвониться невозможно! Вообще зачем делать такую возможность, как доставка, если она у вас не работает по нормальному. Так еще и фото в приложении через одно имеется
