I have made my account in this app and now its updated and i cant open my account please help i want to register for Ehtikaaf

This app needs a lot of attention and improvement. Setting up an account is a nightmare. It glitches over and over again. A lot of misinformation under how to perform a ziyarat.

Unable to register asking for 4 digit code also everything English apart from when you want to choose nationality it all in Arabic

I am not able to sign in to app. Only Saudi phone numbers are accepted in application. Even after using a Saudi mobile number it ask for four digit number. No matter what number you use OK button is still disabled. Frustrating experience.

Whenever I try to sign up, the app throws me out. I’m unable to sign up for Itikaaf.

Whenever I tried to open page ithikaaf service app shuts down and I have tried so many times but no luck. No technical support available either.
