Почему все так криво !!!!

В эпоху когда мобильные приложения пишут даже студенты, вы не можете сделать приложение в котором можно хотя бы аватар нормально поменять. За десять с лишним попыток я вижу одно и то же сообщение «заполните профиль добавьте аватар 10% » Ч не могу добавить это Аватар не из стандартных не из галереи, просто ничего не происходит!!!
