Ужасное приложение

Заказы делаешь, по техническим причинам он отменяется (у меня так было трижды). Оплата неудобная, нужно каждый раз вводить данные банковской карты. Непонятно во сколько в итоге доставят твой заказ. Служба поддержки - это боль, ничего внятно сказать не могут. На все один ответ, не работает по техническим причинам(((
