エラーで使えず現金使って意味なし

夕方に使用したら金額打って支払いするところでおにぎりマークがグルグルして使用できず。
WiFiも切ってアプリも立ち上げ直したが使えず、結局現金使用しました。
少し高い日用品も支給されたやつで早めに買えると思って
レジに言ったのに、結局現金使用して意味なかったです。これなら紙商品券にすればよかった。

WEBでの申し込みが終わってたので郵送で申し込みしたいが、その用紙も取りに行かないと行けない

情報が少ない。広島市プレミアム商品券の手続きがわかりづらい上に遅い。申し込んで2ヶ月過ぎるが、今だに完了できません。

プレミアム付き商品券の電子版を使用する為ダウンロード。
審査に1週間かかっていざチャージしようと思い再度調べると審査通過後からアプリ内に反映されるのがさらに10日かかるとの事…

今から登録して使おうと思ってる方いらっしゃれば使用可能まで約17日かかる事を見越して登録してください

2010年代クオリティの低品質な決済機能

広島市のデジタルプレミアム商品券の指定アプリということでダウンロードしましたが一言で言えば2010年代にタイムスリップした気分になる時代遅れの決済アプリです
まずバーコード機能がありますが実際の支払いはQRコードの読み取り機能で行うことが殆どです
そのQRコード支払いも支払い金額の字が小さかったり店員に見せる画面が反転しなかったりと2026年のアプリとは到底思えません
お役所仕事はクオリティが低いと改めて感じました

アプリの出来とは関係ありませんがデジタルプレミアム商品券の購入手順も非常に手順が多く何のための電子申請か分かりません
紙での購入をお勧めします
