לא נפתחת בחול ועושה הרבה שגיאות

כבר פעם שלישית שאני רוכשת ביטוח דרך הפניקס ואפליקציה שלהם בלשון המעטה על הפנים! מזלי שלא נזקקתי להפעיל את הביטוח אבל מה היה קורה אם כן? אז כשהגעתי לחול היא לא נפתחה לא משנה מה ניסיתי לעשות . ועכשיו רכשתי פוליסה וההטבות לא נפתחות ועוד פיצ׳רים כותב שגיאה. תתקנו את זה בבקשה ולא זאת פעם אחרונה שארכוש דרכם ביטוח. מעניין שלרכוש ביטוח אין בעיות כלל
