אפליקציה עלובה, רק בעיות וקורסת כשצריך אותה

באת לצאת לנסיעה? חבל כי בדיוק האפליקציה קרסה ואתה מקום 40 במוקד תמיכה שלהם.

והמוקד חוזר על עצמו בלי הפסקה כדי לגרום לך לנתק ״מקומך בתור הוא X מחכה לשיחה מנציג״, תשמעו את זה עשרות פעמים עד שיענה נציג, לא אחדש את הביטוח ואמליץ לאנשים לא להתקרב, עם שירות כזה גרוע ההבדל בכסף לא שווה את זה.

תעשו לעצמכם טובה ותעשו ביטוח רגיל

רוב הפעמים הכיסוי פשוט לא נדלק.. האפליקציה נראית בדיוק אותו דבר וזה מרגיש כאילו הפעלת כיסוי ואז כשאתה מגיע ליעד אתה מבין שהכיסוי לא נדלק.
ציון בטיחות שלא ברור על פי מה נקבע.. והתראות אין סופיות וחסרות משמעות לדוגמא: ״רכב עומד מונע״, כן.. במידה ואתה עומד ברמזור כנראה שהרכב יעמוד מונע.
בקיצור, מוצר לא גמור שלא הייתה שום סיבה שיצא לשוק.
