Просто не запускается
Не понятно почему теперь к другому малоизвестному приложению теперь добавилось это. Либо просто не открывается черный экран, либо открывается и висят сегменты мигающего изумруда. При этом на фоне играет музыка и листается скролл историй. Красота. За 3 дня не удалось поиграть в бесплатную историю. И зачем тогда делать бесплатные дни? Хотя оно и в другие не пашет совсем уже пару месяцев.
Просила сделать подписи к образам - три месяца прошло так и не сделали. На вопрос почему - мы учли ваше пожелание но оно не обязано реализовываться. Класс. Идите в ж.

Не очень.
К самим новеллам, может, и нет вопросов, а вот колесо это просто издевательство и неуважение к пользователям. Ради интереса два дня подряд тратила по 1000 изумрудов, в итоге смогла получить один ключ и один костюм. Изумруды упорно показывали по пять штук за прокрутку. Простите, но это что-то на уровне мошенничества. Крайне противно от такого отношения к пользователям.

App needs English editors
I’ve been playing this app for at least two years. The graphics are beautiful and the stories are dynamic. Unfortunately, the English editing is awful. For e-ample, the pronouns are scrambled frequently. This makes statements confusing.
Even newer books have this issue. The app desperately needs fluent English editing. I'm unsure if every language on the app has this issue.

The app hasn't been working since the last update. It doesn't even show a loading screen, just a black screen.

Невозможно зайти в приложение
Уже несколько дней у меня и множества людей приложение просто не загружается, выдает черный экран, разработчики предлагают включить впн (а то я не пробовала - у меня не заходит ни впн, ни без, ни с мобильного интернета, ни с вай фая) или ждать, пока «провайдеры перестанут блокировать сервера», при этом другие приложения спокойно работают. Удивительно, что авторам приложения настолько всё равно на своих пользователей и потенциальную прибыль — я, например, оплачивала подписку, но сейчас в ней нет смысла, ведь я просто не могу открыть приложение, а разработчики чуть ли не прямым текстом говорят, что ничего делать с этим не будут. Очень жаль, потому что есть хорошие истории и авторы, которые, я надеюсь, перейдут в более стабильные приложения.

Нравится приложение очень) Хотелось бы чтобы разработчики подумали чтоб иногда в рулетку возвращать прошлые образы, чтоб была возможность пропущенные тоже получить)
Реклама - это крах
Вы вообще проверяете рекламодателей? То это скам на деньги с авто подпиской и моментальным снятием средств со счёта, то незакрывающийся мусор из-за которого приходится всё приложение перезапускать, это что такое?
Won’t open
I like the stories on this app, but for about a week, the app won’t open. I play it on my phone, iPhone 15, and have been able to play it before. I don’t know why, but for about a week, I can remember exactly when it started, I open the app and it’s just a black screen. Please fix this issue. I would give a better rating if I could open and play the stories.

It’s a first time in my life that I have finished 2 stories already and am very interested in a 3rd one. Thank you! When I had a hard time in my life, your game heeled me.
Blank black screen bug
Horrible experience. I downloaded it for the first time on several devices, and have not been able to start it on even one. After the “made with unity” it gets frozen on a black, blank screen and does not progress from that, on both the iOS and android devices. I cannot play and, after more than a dozen attempts, have deleted the app. I hope this issue is fixed for the sake of future players.

Пожалуйста, исправьте проблему при открытии приложения после первоапрельского обновления. Когда, заходишь в приложение, оно либо бесконечно загружается, либо просто появляется черный экран.
Not iPad Friendly – Be Careful Before Subscribing
I really wanted to enjoy this app because the stories are actually great. However, the app does not function properly on an iPad (10th generation). It works fine on my phone, but consistently has issues on tablet, which makes it frustrating for anyone who prefers a larger screen for reading.
I have completed all troubleshooting steps, and even confirmed with someone experienced in IT that the issue is not on my end. Other similar apps (like Romance Club) work perfectly on the same device, so this appears to be a compatibility or optimization issue specific to this app.
Also, be cautious before subscribing. If the app does not work for you, support will mainly provide standard troubleshooting responses rather than a real solution.
Unfortunately, I will not be continuing my subscription unless this is fixed.

My favourite story app
Love this app so much. I get the premium membership every month and it is well worth it , plus saves money. Stories are so good , nice long chapters unlike other apps. Lullaby for witches , seal of Nostradamus and in darkness embrace were amazing. Art is beautiful and stories are very well written. Good assortment of stories too. I would love more historical stories ( elizabethan, Victorian era etc ) as I prefer those to modern stuff. Try this app! Seriously so good.
