어플 버그 피해

공항에서 큐알로 신고하라고 해서 큐알 생성했더니 작년신고자료로 오류 뜸;;;; 잘못한 사람 마냥 작년에 이미 신고했다고 해명하고 신고서 삭제 요청하고 어플말고 문서로 다시 작성하는데 현타옴
정직하게 살자는 마음으로 신고했는데 이렇게 어플을 만들면 비신고자만 이득보는 것 아닌가요?
덕분에 기분 좋은 여행 마지막에 다 망쳤습니다

터미널1 세관 신고 라인이 닫혀있었습니다

세관신고 라인이 닫혀있고 직원도 주변에 없어서 앱으로 세관신고를 하려고 했는데 qr페이지에서 넘어가지를 않습니다. 안내 부탁드립니더.

데이터 전부다 지워짐

앱을 재 실행하니까 신고된 내용이 전부다 없어지고 여권정보 까지 초기화 되었음 결국 다시 작성했는데도 또 초기화 되버렸네요. 완전 짜증납니다.

시스템 오류

개인 정보 등록 후 무한 시스템 오류 발생 안내 및 관리자에게 문의 요청 있으나, 대체 관리자에게 문의 요청 메뉴는 어디에 있는지.. 제 세금으로 이 정도의 어플리케이션을 만들고 운영하고 있다는게 너무 속상하네요.
