로그인을 위한 워크플로우가 너무나 한심해서 로그인 자체가 짜증.

안녕하세요, 하이웍스운영팀입니다. 공공기관용 하이웍스 서비스는 공공 인증 상 일반적인 서비스와 다르게 고객 도메인별로 완벽히 분리된 서비스를 제공할 수밖에 없으며, 이에 따라 도메인 입력 화면 단계가 추가되어 다소 불편한 프로세스가 존재하는 점 양해 부탁드립니다. 이는 타 공공 인증 서비스상에서도 일반적으로 제공하는 로그인 단계입니다. 다만, 추후 개선 버전에서 로그아웃 시 도메인 입력 화면이 아닌 로그인 화면으로 이동할 수 있도록 업데이트 예정에 있습니다. 기타 궁금하신 사항이나 오류 발생 시 고객센터(1661-4370) 으로 연락 주시거나 관리자에게 문의 시 보다 빠르게 확인 및 처리할 수 있도록 하겠습니다. 감사합니다.
