This doesn’t work. It will never work. The people selling it just stole your money. Amazon taking it back should not excuse them for selling it. Should be charged with fraud,
Broken
To use this you have to register, but the registration is broken. Without this app, the device I purchased is a brick, so this is worse than the app being bad, the app being broken has cost me $50
