APP designed extremely bad, no professional, almost unusable, bad experience

Seems like you just go around in circles with this app, nothing works. It takes an age for the code to come by that time it says it’s expired.
When I finally got in to the app it would not recognise anything, so I gave up.

Impossible to use, system is lagging constantly
Dont even expect to log in, the system just simply doesn’t work. It doesn’t send verification code, or has other error

The last update has now made the app totally unusable. I am unable to login. This means I am not able to see my flight or my flight tickets. I will not be able to check-in using the app

The verification goes on forever. Eventually it says “Verification failed.“ even though I did click the icons in the order. I searched this issue. It’s been like this for years.

Air China sells tickets worldwide but seems completely unprepared to support non-Chinese-speaking customers.
When problems occur, customers are trapped between a website that cannot find the booking, a mobile app that does not work properly, and a chatbot that repeatedly provides irrelevant automated answers.
My ticket was confirmed as valid by Air China support, yet neither the website nor the app could locate the booking for online check-in or seat selection. Instead of solving the issue, I spent hours navigating broken systems and automated responses.
If Air China wants to operate as a global airline, it should first learn how to provide a working website, a functioning app, and basic customer support in English. At the moment, the digital experience feels years behind the standards expected from an international airline.
