So bad they don’t help, service is terrible, they’re not understanding, worse bank i’ve ever seen, either you guys fix this issue or genuinely close this bank so bad no words can explain how terrible this service and bank is!!!!!!! DONT JOIN THEM, VERY NOT COOPERATIVE
Transfer doesn’t work
I couldn’t make a transfer in foreign currency. There is a bag when you have to choose the reason of the transfer. It’s absolutely application bag! Developers please pay attention on it!!!!!

אם אני מקבל הודעה קצת מעבר מהבנקאי ההודעה לא נשלחת באפליקציה אלא דרך אימייל.
אם אני לא עונה למייל במשך יום יומיים אז אני מקבל הודעה על באפליקציה שהולכים לסגור את החשבון. זה נקרא אפליקציה טובה?

No English language option
Company claims there is English but there is none. I'm going to switch banks and on the other who offer an English app if it's doesn't become an option. This is ridiculous.

אי אפשר לעשות העברות מט״ח המסך מבקש סיבות להעברה יש אפילו שדה לסיבות נפוצות או משהו כזה אבל השדה ריק אי אפשר לבחור כלום או להכניס סיבה ידנית ולא ניתן להמשיך לשלב הבא. די חובבני ומאכזב.
