Bad Services and very unclear
So bad they don’t help, service is terrible, they’re not understanding, worse bank i’ve ever seen, either you guys fix this issue or genuinely close this bank so bad no words can explain how terrible this service and bank is!!!!!!! DONT JOIN THEM, VERY NOT COOPERATIVE
Transfer doesn’t work
I couldn’t make a transfer in foreign currency. There is a bag when you have to choose the reason of the transfer. It’s absolutely application bag! Developers please pay attention on it!!!!!

אם אני מקבל הודעה קצת מעבר מהבנקאי ההודעה לא נשלחת באפליקציה אלא דרך אימייל.
אם אני לא עונה למייל במשך יום יומיים אז אני מקבל הודעה על באפליקציה שהולכים לסגור את החשבון. זה נקרא אפליקציה טובה?

No English language option
Company claims there is English but there is none. I'm going to switch banks and on the other who offer an English app if it's doesn't become an option. This is ridiculous.

Do yourself a favor. Stay far far away from this bank. The still work with the mentality from the 1950s. Yes they have a “pretty” online site but the capacity to do even simple activities is severely limited. Try to set the amount you want to be charged monthly on your Bank HaPoalim Credit Card. You can׳t - no such option exists. In every other bank or even on the Isracard or Clal sites that issue off bank cards - you can do this in 30 seconds. How about changing your mailing address? Can׳T be done online. Can you give orders by e-mail or SMS or WhattsApp? You must be crazy. You can by fax if you are signed up for it. Hello - we are in 2025. Only a few stupid examples out of many I incurred. I’m stuck here. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE - KEEP AWAY

We need English app
Is a very huge bank in isreal with lots of branches yet they didn’t think to make app available in English there are a lot of foreign people not only Jews plz consider

Bank Hapoalim should provide an app than your customers can choose their preferred language, especially English which is the international language.
No english is ridiculous
It’s 2023 it’s completely unacceptable that no other languages are available. Additionally it’s incredibly difficult to see what charges are for, instead it only says the amount and “charge”. Overall the app causes me headache every time I use it which is frustrating.
