Don’t pay it
As a tool-based app, it is honestly extremely difficult to use. First, the app integrates a learning system (such as vocabulary memorization), but the translations of the example sentences are often incorrect. In many cases, users have to tap on individual words and look them up themselves to understand the sentence. Second, the so-called daily vocabulary check-in system frequently fails. There have been many instances where users complete their check-in but the system does not record it. When contacting customer service to restore the check-in, users are asked to provide a series of screenshots. This issue has existed for years and still hasn’t been fixed. Finally, as a dictionary tool, the Spanish vocabulary coverage and especially the usage explanations are often inaccurate or inconsistent with real usage.
Please put more effort into improving the product. A lifetime purchase is not an excuse to provide such a careless user experience.
