Simple to use, same as any airline app really. Does the job and easy to check in for flights.

手机号登录后微信实名认证，再登录要强制改密码，然后提示我的手机号与注册的不匹配，我就一个手机号。让联系客服，结果需要先登录。搞笑来的，怪不得只有2点几分
Useless
Don’t even bother downloading it. In order to checking in, you need a Chinese phone number. If you have one, they are gonna ask for your Chinese ID (which I don’t have because I’m a foreigner). No option to add passport details. Because of this stupid app, I couldn’t conclude my checkin online and almost missed my flight. Be better!

网上没法值机，要求注册账号。注册又没法提交。APP上只能连中国的手机号码，上面只能选身份证。国外护照都不能通过，真的是非常垃圾！不知道还要开通国际航线干什么！

MOST USELESS APP
Don’t waste your time.
Useless with US cell number
App forces you to register. Cannot do anything without registering. Have bookings already made elsewhere. Cannot access them using booking info without registering. Cannot register with US number. Get an error with my Chinese number. I don’t even want to register, as I want to credit to United, a fellow Star Alliance member.
Chinese airline apps are almost entirely worthless if you’re either an English speaker or foreigner. Hard to believe that even with all the IT talent here, they can’t find anyone to develop a decent app. How embarrassing.

Useless app for non-Chinese
You must log in to use their functions but it requires you to have a Chinese name. International travellers of course don’t have Chinese name so they can’t use this stupid app.
