各种扯皮，然后告诉你在租车时候软件某一个角落写了某某声明，而且客服人员态度那叫一个嚣张跋扈啊。

Unreasonable

Not in English. It wouldn’t be too difficult to add an auto translated version, would it? The rules for renting with them are unreasonable. I successfully rented 4 times with them, but on the 5th, they forced me through an endless loop of sending pictures of thousands of documents again. They didn’t approve the 5th reservation because they wanted to see documents that were not requested by their automated verification process.
