Sending harassing text messages to users without permission.
Terrible experience. There is no way to delete my account, which is unacceptable. I also received promotional text messages despite never consenting to marketing communications. Users should be able to close their accounts easily and have their privacy preferences respected.
Where is the English language option?
I tried hard to change language from Chinese to English. But I couldn't find on the app. Anyone can help?
