Frustrating and Ridiculous
What on earth has happened to the platform’s algorithm lately? This issue has been going on for quite some time, and it’s seriously affecting the user experience. I can barely find the stores I’m actually looking for anymore.
I wanted to order some bread, and the homepage recommended Starbucks instead of the brands or stores I regularly order from. Even when I search for “KFC,” the app can’t seem to recognize relevant nearby options like KFC Coffee, which is part of the KFC brand.
Search and recommendations used to be much more intuitive. Please have your tech team look into this and fix it ASAP.
