If I could rate 0 star, I would. Just odd that the presumption of the developers of this app is every user worldwide would have a mobile number from mainland China. Just, do better and fix the setting.

差！差！差！最最最差的app没有之一。海外用户体验很鸡筋，按啥啥都不能操作。实体店近乎完美的服务怎么无法延伸到app去？太不user friendly了。果断删除！

沒有中國手機號碼註冊不了，可見在海外的海底撈又貴但是服務跟資源真沒有國內好

非常难用
开在伦敦，却不认可英国手机号注册！
电话一天都打不通！只好转而试图用App订餐，却因为是英国手机号而无法注册！这方面的服务简直太渣了！
基础功能还不完善
几乎很难找到外卖和自提订单的历史记录，比如你此刻下单外卖或自提，当你退出软件后，压根没有订单记录，必须进入点餐界面，左下角有个小小的导航才能看到，而且点餐页面的等待时间过久，包括订单显示的等待时间太久，自提订单下单时没有几人用餐的餐具选项，软件主页面右上角自动定位有问题，好像不自动获取定位，直接默认定位到北京，必须手动选择所在城市，左上角消息图标显示有问题，明明有消息，但主界面不显示消息数量，希望下版更新尽快解决这些问题，
