改善を求めます

少しでもヒアリングしてないと運営から注意連絡が来るのに、改善してほしいところを指摘すると返事が全く返ってこない。
お客様側の禁止事項がなく占い師側にはたくさん禁止事項がある。将来的に有名な占いアプリにはならないと思います

お客様から誹謗中傷うけ馬鹿とか言われました それを改善せず言い訳をし、自作自演とも 言われました。 お客様の鵜呑みをし、 改善しますと伝えたのに 勝手に退会されました。 常連さんも着いたところなので 常連さんからクレームつけばいい。 あまりにも対応酷いです 辞めて正解ですね
また脅されたせいか流産いたしました
責任とってほしいですね…

ガツガツ課金を促す占い師さんばかりでなく、丁寧に寄り添ってくださったり、ポイント内で鑑定してくださる方もあっていい感じです☺️
