Не грузит анализы

Приложение не открывает анализы на айфоне никаким способом, приходится отправлять мужу в телеграм, он с андроида через сайт хоть как-то открывает. Исправьте пожалуйста, так как иным способом их не получить, кроме личного визита в центр.

Ужасное приложение.

Приложение ужасное, переключение между анализами и приём к врачу занимает практически целую вечность интернет в 98 году работал так же. Суть проблемы не могу посмотреть анализы которые загрузили в данное приложение оно просто не открывается. Придётся ехать в клинику и забирать на бумажном носителе как в 19 аеее. И самое великолепное в данной ситуации что они не могут отправить анализы мои по электронной почте.
