تطبيق غير مفيد يوجد اخطاء برمجية لايكتمل الطلب الا بتسجيل فيديو لايوجد ارفاق صور المشاكل والمقاطع الصوتيه متاحه لكن غير معترف فيها وخدمة العملاء سيئه ولاتمثل الجهه ولايقدمون اي حلول او بدائل

فكره رائعه لكن..

لكن التطبيق ضعيف، اهم شي في هالنوع من التطبيقات انه يكون فيه عمال متوفرين بتقييم .. في جدة لا يوجد اي فني مكيف يوجد له تقييم وهم نفسهم ١٠ فنيين يقدمون على كل طلب ما عندهم سالفه.
حد علمي انه التطبيق كويس في الرياض لكن جدة جدا سيء

اتوقع العامل يسجل في التطبيق ويشتغل مباشره بدون اي شروط تحفظ للعميل حقه
السباك اللي جاني ركب خلاط وماثبته تمام في اليوم الثاني تواصلت مع الدعم الفني ع اساس يرجع السباك ويصلح شغله وعاد تعرفون الباقي مايحتاج اكتب (ابشر،، الحين اكلمه،،، اتصلت عليه وقال راح يتواصل معك… الخ
والى يومكم ذا ماشفت احد
