Too Many Typos and Content Errors

I finished all of Book 1 and Book 2 (the beginner books). I am really grateful that an app like this exists for free that teaches grammar. However there are a lot of typos and switched content. I started to lose faith that the information was correct. In book 2 chapter 16, 17, and 18. All have English typos. This reminded me that I saw typos before in book 1 but ignored it because English is probably not their first language and it wasn’t that bad. Then I started noticing the Korean mistakes. The grammar definition for 에게로 was wrong. The Korean example sentences for some of the grammar were switched while the English translation was correct.

When it comes to educational content, it should be triple checked to make sure vulnerable leaners are not confused or lead astray. This content seems like someone pasted it in and never checked if it was correct. So I cant keep using this service since I’ve noticed so many errors in the content.

버그가 생겼어요

어플을 너무 잘 사용하고 있는 팬입니다. 지난주쯤 부터 아이패드로 어플을 사용할 때 어휘 부분에서 단어가 제대로 안 보이는 현상이 일어나고 있습니다. 제 기기의 문제일까 다양한 시도로 고쳐보려 노력했는데 단어카드들이 짤려서 단어가 안 보이는 현상이 고쳐지질 않습니다. 세종학당 측에서도 확인 부탁드립니다.

Unable to log in

I have been unable to use the app. When trying to log in, it says the login has failed. If I choose to look up my user name, I am able to successfully log in? But the screen is all white except for a blue background arrow. After waiting several minutes, I tapped the arrow and it brought me back to the login screen.

To accurately identify the cause, please send detailed error information (login ID, device model, OS version, screenshots, error occurrence time, etc.) to the Customer Support Center (app@ksif.or.kr). We will forward the information to our development team for analysis and corrective action. We will do our best to ensure normal use as soon as possible.

Unusable

The app requires a mandatory 396MB download. After that it enters an infinite loop of “uncompressing” said downloaded file.

Tried to download/uncompress/reinstall multiple times.

A Wonderful Resource for Korean Learners!

I have been a long time user of King Sejong Institute’s resources and I have longed for an app that allows users to have access to their textbooks. I was thrilled to hear about this app launch and downloaded the day it launched. Since the app’s launch, I have successfully completed 6 chapters of the 3A textbook, which is alot compared to what I usually study! Each lesson can be completed within 15-20 minutes, which is great for those who have a busy schedule. I absolutely love how each lesson offers a set of vocabulary that is used throughout the practice questions, which allows me to retain them by the end of the lesson! The role playing scenarios have also helped me with knowing where I need to correct my pronunciation. A writing section is something I have never seen before in a Korean learning app, so I am glad that it was included! One feedback I would love to see implemented is when you scroll through the vocabulary section in the beginning of the chapter, it’s very smooth compared to the practice questions at the end, where you have to hold down to get to the next question. I think it would help make it a better experience to scroll through each question smoothly. Overall, this app gets a 5/5 stars for me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Easy Mobile App To Learn Korean

I've just downloaded the KSI mobile app and am excited to start learning basic vocabulary and grammar. It will be very helpful for when I travel to Seoul in the future.
