使いにくいです
バックグラウンドでずっと開いて、位置情報も常に取得してないといけないため、バッテリーを非常に使います。設定の仕方もわかりにくいし、アルソックアプリと別れてるのも不便です。改善もしくはアルソックアプリとの統合を望みます。
One thing is a buggy app another is getting your phone slow and without battery.
I have an iPhone 17 Pro and for a while I was thinking it was the worst iPhone ever as it was mega slow and the battery was draining like crazy. Well, I just found the culprit, this app run in the background and ate resources like there’s no tomorrow. Just deleted it and now the phones runs like a satin glove. Sorry, it’s just needed for not having to put the code once I get home, but if the price is an EXTREMELY slow and out-of-battery phone? No thank you.

アプリの不具合が改善されない
スマホ登録画面に入ったら二度とホーム画面に戻れません。マニュアルもQ&Aも該当トラブルを検索しても記述無いです。アプリの消去と再ダウンロードをしても解決しない。警戒システムのハードウェアも警備スタッフも良いだけに、ソフトウエアで評価を下げるのは残念です。APPストアのレビューを見に来たら一年以上前に同様の書込みを見つけて呆れました。

勝手にペアリングが切れる。説明書見ながら操作しても再接続されない。サポートに電話しても分からないと。騙された気分。最悪です。
