I paid for the app, but I haven’t been able to use it.

I paid for the app, but I haven’t been able to use it. I emailed customer support, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. At this point, it feels like I just wasted a year’s subscription fee on a game I can’t even use.

I also left a review before, but it never showed up here. Apple’s review management is really strange!

I’m rating three stars because I’ve been trying to contact you guys multiple times about my game glitching I even emailed you guys the problem but no response please get back to me this has been going on for a month now and I’m getting frustrated with the lack of response please help me 😞

Hey so I’ve been playing your guy’s game for awhile now and that it’s been really fun I really love how I could express my creativity freely with that being said I recently ran into a big problem so back in October 11th of last year I paid $63.72 and bought the Lifetime Pass well recently when I was playing the game it suddenly crashed and kicked me out so I reopened the game and tried going back to the location I was kicked out of and it says that I have pay the $60 again to unlock everything I’ve been a little down front that I was hoping you guys could somehow resolve this issue please let me know if you can help oh and I did tap on restore purchase and it still didn’t work please help me 😔

IT AMAZING

This game is amazing and fun I play it every day. But do u know the problem, its a copy of Aha world because it have baubles like aha world but still this game is fantastic so still download it for ur kids it phenomenal!!!!!!
