Fair and Work Well
More and more of us are repurpose the old iPad as photo frame to *slideshow* the tens of thousands of photos we have taken for years. Very often, we totally forgot when and where these photos were taken. This app just did the job and play the slideshow with the “when and where” information.
There are of course rooms for improvement, e.g, let me choose the format of the overlay text, instead of choosing photo by photo, how about choosing from the already existing albums from Photos.
I like it and think money worth spent!

Would love to have the option to also play videos
This is so much better than the photos app in slideshow mode but I would really like the option to also have videos played through this app like how the photos app can do it.

So kann ich mein altes iPad das lange Zeit nur herum lag wieder sehr sinnvoll einsetzen.
Das einzigste was ich vermisse, dass ich die Bilder auf meinem NAS nicht anzeigen lassen kann :(
Da dort sehr viel mehr Bilder liegen wäre eine SMB oder NFS Anbindung was schönes für das nächste Update ;)

Danke für das Feedback! Ab Version 3.1 kann man Fotos über WebDAV, SMB und über einen Immich-Server laden.
Simple and Useful
This is probably the only app in the appstore right now that gets the slideshow function down and no recurring subscription fees. I use this to display hundreds of picture in a slideshow on my iPad. Duration of each picture and type of transition is intuitive and easy to configure. No bloat. No more manually choosing all the pictures in my album. It comes with some extra features like displaying clock and time/date of when the picture was captured.

Neues Leben für altes iPad
Endlich gibt es ein preiswertes Bilderrahmen-Programm ohne Abo. Funktioniert prima auf meinem alten iPad Mini mit iPad OS 15.
App startet nicht
Nach der Ersteinrichtung stürzt die App ab und lässt sich nicht mehr starten, dafür sind auch 2,99€ zuviel.

der letzten Jahre! Eigentlich ist es unglaublich, dass es nicht mit Bordmitteln geht, aber das Einblenden des Aufnahmeortes ist für mich ein großer Gewinn!

Danke für die App. Super gemacht. Und ein echtes Schnäppchen. Weiter so. Entwicklungsantrag: Wenn man sich links unten die GPS Daten einblenden läßt, wäre es toll, wenn man dort durch Anklicken in Google oder Apple Maps abspringen könnte. Das wäre ein Sahnehäubchen.
