Приложение еле загружается, нет чата поддержки, не открывается состав предыдущих заказов. Смысл приложения только в том, чтобы получать купоны из за его использование. Удобства в нём нет

Приложение тупит , сделала заказ в 6 вечера , до 9 ждала , думала много заказов не успевают развозить , в итоге позвонив на горячую линию , мне сказали , что заказа не оформлен . А в приложение висит что заказа сделан и находится в обработке , ну это трындец , все настроение и вечер испорчено .
