Hard to cancel membership. They will charge you for a week of membership before letting you cancel. No reply from customer service. So you cannot dispute the charge with them, and have to go to bank. It’s scam.

7.4号付费2.99usd购买7天会员试用，7.6号还没有到期就已经向我收费正常7天会员14.99usd，申请取消订阅还需要后台管理人员人工处理后，24小时后再手动确认才能终止订阅，这是在欺负消费者+诈骗吧？
