書房 is an ad-free reader where you decide the sources: novels, comics and web feeds on one shelf. The app ships with no sites built in. It does not recommend, index, or link to any content source — it understands whatever page you paste, and nothing else. ■ Paste one link and it works the site out Paste the URL of a book page into your Library. If the site has no source yet, 書房 derives the book / contents / chapter URL patterns, creates the source and adds the book; if it cannot, it tells you why. To look before you save, preview the title and the opening of chapter one from Sources instead. Feeds are added by pasting an address too. ■ Download whole books, read offline Take the whole novel, or tick just the arc you are reading; comics store their images episode by episode. Read in flight mode, in dead zones, anywhere. ■ Built for long reading sessions Any Chinese typeface on the device, independent text size, line and paragraph spacing, and a background of your own — a colour, a gradient, or a photograph. A book from a simplified source can be read in traditional, and the other way round. Your position is remembered down to the paragraph. When your eyes are tired, a system voice can read to you, with the screen locked if you like. ■ No ads, and nothing collected No ads, no in-app purchases, no account, no sign-up, no analytics. What you read and where you stopped never goes to any server; bookmarks and progress sync between your devices over your own iCloud. — 書房 does not provide, host, or index any content.
