I LOVE tiktok and really the only problem i have with the app is that me and my friend have been messaging more than twice a day for about 3 months but we cant unlock streaks!?We both have streaks on in our settings and dont have age restrictions! Please help!!

Please help!!!

Account recovery is extremely frustrating. I lost access to the old phone number linked to my account and TikTok’s alternative verification failed. I contacted support and asked for manual verification, but I still can’t access my account even though I am the owner. Please fix the recovery process. I’ll change my 1-star review to 5 stars once this is resolved.
