Insult complaint without professional handlings
It was an AWFUL experience. I filed a complaint after being explicitly insulted by a user. To my great disappointment, it was NOT regarded as an offense and left unresolved. The human customer service replied but only repeated their repertoire as a robot, recommending me to file another complaint that was later not handled either. It has proved to be a bad decision having subscribed their membership with my hard-earned money. The same money would have been much better off if given to a homeless than to an ignorant, duty-neglecting team like this. Definitely not deserve it.

I requested a refund within just ten minutes of subscribing to the membership, but the customer service firmly refused to process it. It deducts fees instantly upon subscription, but processing a refund is harder than climbing to the sky.
