This app never fails and is consistent. It keeps you updated and it’s hard to miss a flight with it. It’s very useful to airline employees like myself, and my family and I have had many adventures thanks to the convenience of the app. I totally recommend.

Many times it crashes. You book your reservation only to find out when you arrive they don’t have a record of my reservation. I’m in Europe and I can’t call the customer service number because it’s outside of operations hours. What a joke.

Fix your app
App is terrible. Consistent bugs and inability to reach people in an effective time when issue. Causes multiple issues when needing to commute on certain airlines as they will not accept you without a listing. New bug when going to look for you have to continue to click on search flights and still takes forever to get to the next page.

The Ideal Reliable Option
It’s the other way to look at that provides many opportunities and benefits booking for a hotel wherever you go. Dependable and trustworthy. My only suggestion is that it should give you a chance to edit and change your itinerary when it comes to date. But not to entirely cancel and rebook.
