App is terrible. Consistent bugs and inability to reach people in an effective time when issue. Causes multiple issues when needing to commute on certain airlines as they will not accept you without a listing. New bug when going to look for you have to continue to click on search flights and still takes forever to get to the next page.

The Ideal Reliable Option
It’s the other way to look at that provides many opportunities and benefits booking for a hotel wherever you go. Dependable and trustworthy. My only suggestion is that it should give you a chance to edit and change your itinerary when it comes to date. But not to entirely cancel and rebook.

Haven’t been able to sign in for about a few weeks. Need fix asap to book trip in a week.

I’ve used this app several times before but the past two days I have been unable to sign on.
Works and then doesn’t
This app is great when it works… and then when it doesn’t good luck. My employee number keeps getting deleted from the app when I go to book anything. Which makes using this app useless… FIX IT
Good but needs improvement
Good easy to use listing tool. But it needs to remember my middle name and my date of hire. Having to use the date picker is frustrating as heck. If it can’t be remembered at least give us the option to just type it in.

Recently the app started to glitch when trying to pull ticketing for flights (I am listed as an authorized travel companion on an employee account)… couldn’t get it to work, so I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and now flights aren’t listed at the top in the options at all!!!

There’s no electric vehicle option for researching rental cars. Until it’s added you’re forced into gas whether you want it or not.

They apparently close early and do not push your same day reservations through to the hotels so you will get stuck having to pay more and have supreme strict non-refundable polices. So do the partners they work with.

Worst customer service.
I’m employed by Envoy Air which is American Airlines largest Regional. I am entitled to the same Flight benefits as mainline employees as per my contract. Turns out that this app won’t allow me access to book with any other airlines as they say I don’t have that right because I am not hired under American Airlines mainline and only mainline employees have access to use all the flight benefits. My company supervisors told me to delete my account so I can register again under AA but they won’t do it either. They insist that if I am not a mainline Flight Attendant I cannot usethe benefits that I actually have. Unbelievable!!!😡
