التطبيق جداً جداً سيء
ليست هناك اي شفافيه يجب ان يكون هناك تقارير مفصله و التطبيق لا يوجد به صور او فيديوهات سواء قديمه او حديثه و كذلك بالنسبه لكفالة الايتام حيثما تصلني تقارير او حتى هناك تواصل معهم

حصلت لي مشكله تم سحب مبلغ مني رغم اني دافعه اشتراك الشهري أتواصل معاهم مافي ارد اتصل مافي رد الرجاء التواصل معاي

تطبيق مشكوك فيه
صرلي ٩ اشهر اتبرع ليتيم، بس بدون رد عن اوضاعه اذا تحسنت اولا / حاطين روابط عن تقاريره بس ولا رابط يشتغل نفس شي مع روابط معلوماته، مش لاقية أي مثداقية عن تطبيقكم
الكفالات
نظام التطبيق ممتاز لكنك لا تستطيع ان تعرف شيئا عن المكفول - يتامى- إلا اسمه وتاريخ ميلاده والدوله التي ينتمي اليها ولكن حين تحاول فتح التقرير عن الطفل لا تدري شيئا كما يشار التطيبق ان هناك تقارير وصورةللطفل بعد كفالتك له .. ثانيا لا يجيبونك عن الاسئلة أبدا .. وايضا فجأة مدة الكفالة تزيد سنوات من دون إشعار او ذكر اي سبب!! لا يبينون شيء للمكفول وكاننا لا يهم ان نعرف شيئا..

I sponsored an orphan through the app and I wanted to ask a few questions about him, I tried all the ways to contact them but they never responded.
Before i sponsor the orphan, the description said that they will send a report and let me know how the orphan Is doing but they never did that!

The app start and close unexpectedly every time I open it, I can’t check my account or complete payments.

I love using this app to donate to charity. All the features are easy to navigate.
Not all the payments possiblity is given
I want to donate with a PayPal method but a fortunately is not listed that’s the weak point of this app otherwise it’s secure
