App doesn’t display road conditions, only says “no report” for every road across the state.

Nonfunctional
So disappointing! Have not been able to sign in to the app. No option available for notifications. Cameras and weather reports are helpful. Cannot recommend.
Useless in my opinion
I’m staring at a giant highway closure that everyone knew about but me and Idaho 511. Extremely inconvenient as we are in a motor home towing a car and can’t back up. There’s construction near my home that has been going on for 4 months. The app shows no delay, no need for the detour.

Very helpful app. Appears to be well thought out and is reasonably accurate. We do a lot of traveling around Idaho panhandle and rod conditions vary greatly, so use this info all winter. A great free solution.
Negative Stars
Compared to every state this is the most beta version of any 511 app. As a truck driver this app isn’t even usable.
Road conditions
I use the camera but there is only graining pics and no info on the road conditions .. ie slush or icy or sanded etc.
Good app, not perfect
The app gives what it says it does, camera locations, road conditions, road closures, and other things that may occur. It would be nice if it gave a real time location down to the nearest 10th of a mile, or what ever location you are at. Maybe even map coordinates. I like that it provides milepost locations, but it would be nice if it provided the posted speed for the location you are in.

No improvements
The map is rarely accurate. Highways can be closed or slow with traffic backing up for miles and the app shows nothing. I would love to be able to rely on this but just can’t.

Not working, login fails
Loaded the update on 2/19/24. Now I can’t log in. Idaho uses one login for all of state government, so I am not going to change my password. Planning a trip over two mountain passes tomorrow. Oh well, I’ll check and see if I can still get to the traffic cameras at the passes.

ITD DOESNT UPDATE ROAD REPORTS. Interstate shut down for 3 hours and the app says nothing. This app is a waste of funding and time

I’ve had no issues with the app and it’s worked great so far.

Routing around traffic? Maybe ok. But it routes over the demolished Loggee Creek bridge.

This system has bugged out for the 4th time since my last poor rating! I cannot get my route to work. Can’t we just keep this simple for all? Why must we sign in everytime we try to use this… let’s go back to a simplistic system that works for all and not just IT people
Idaho Fail
App disappoints in almost every way. Although it can be useful for looking at traffic cameras along a chosen route, the route finding function and reporting functions are completely non functional. It will provide messages that there are issues along your chosen route, but when you try to determine what those issues are you are not given any information whatsoever, as in, no issues will even be displayed along your route, they are just ghost messages. You will then be provided these warnings daily for the next several weeks, even though you long ago completed your route. The only way to end them is to delete the app.

Won’t load! Needs A LOT of work. Deleted/reloaded and nothing
iPhone loads but ipad won’t no matter what I try. Very frustrating.
Road pics cannot be expanded
The old app would allow me to expand the pictures to better see road conditions. Other issues also. Not a big fan of this new app.
Log-in doesn’t work
App won’t let me log in. Online it’s fine, no restrictions there. App says account is locked which doesn’t makes sense. 1 star for broken app.
Garbage
The app is garbage, super difficult to login, keeps forgetting who I am. Then using the app is even worse. I don’t need this app to give me directions I need it to report weather, closures accidents and the like. The old app I used to be able to do all this super easy. I can’t figure out how to do any of this now beside directions (I have google maps, Apple Maps and Waze for this). Don’t bother with this app it is garbage.
