Great app and great support
I was looking into the off road rescue option and had questions. I asked via the contact link and had an answer within a few minutes. I had subsequent questions and all were answered very quickly. Thank you Carla.

Been using OnX for years. I now have all of the products. Started with HUNT. Outstanding, and now with buddy share…wow.
Never Worked
Tried using it this last week and it didn’t work! Wouldn’t open up any maps or even load the app itself.
Good, but.....
overall, the app is good. It’s not great, but it’s good because there have been several times where I go to search for something that I found on Apple or Google maps and your search is unable to find it unless I go hover over that specific spot then your search can find it. oh, and the login thing what a flipping mess that is.

Great app and customer support
I have found onX Offroad super useful and full featured for the year that I’ve been using it. I love the ability to discover trails, plan an outing, and share that route with others. The tracking feature is fantastic and works remarkably well considering the amount of tree cover I’m usually under here in the Southeast. And I truly love the ability to add custom waypoints and upload photos to those waypoints to relive and share the obstacles and scenery.
But a recent experience ’sealed the deal’ for me. I was facing a technical problem I couldn’t resolve on my own and I contacted onX for assistance. Jenny got back to me quickly and worked with me pretty extensively until we figured out the issue. A good app is hard to find, and it is rarely paired with outstanding customer service. But onX pulled it off. Thanks!
