Not accurate
Recently the app started missing the height. It will be set for 27.7 inches and go to 27.1 for some reason..
Perfect alternative to Linak
This app includes basic memory functions and that’s it. I wish it included a lock feature to prevent accidental input as well as Siri-integration. Since, Linak has given up, this developer hasn’t. Thank you for not forcing us through a paywall like Remote Desk Control.
Shortcuts need improvements
Shortcuts need to be able to run on locked screens, otherwise how can you build an useful automation… also, the shortcuts time out when the change in position takes too long so we need to break it down in two or three repositioning steps… also it would be much better if the app could pass on the current value of the desk position to use in an If statement of a shortcut… it also need widgets for the lock screen :)

App worked but when using shortcuts setting to open the app does not work and move action times out.

Lists every device in my apartment block
I want to try this app as the official one is awful, but on the “looking for devices” section, it is listing every single Bluetooth device nearby. This wouldn’t be so bad if they all had names, but they’re listed as strings of random numbers and letters! It’s impossible to know which one is my Idåsen :(

Shortcut timeout
Hi! The app is amazing. Thanks! Is there any workaround for shortcuts where it times out due to the action taking too long?
Operation took to long to complete
I added 2 presets for the desk (71cm and 114cm) and I created a shortcut for each, but whenever I try to run any of them it says “The operation took to long to complete”, and the desk stops around 10cm away from the preset destionation. Would this be fixable in a future patch?

Very good app - works with Idasen
I connects quickly to the desk - very easy to use - the best is that you can change positions with just one click.

Not bad, but too little functionality
For what this is, it does the job. However, as there are no preset options on the desk controller itself, the app would need more smart features to set the height quickly, like widgets and Siri voice control.
Beste App im Store für Idasen
Hallo ich halte diese App für die eigentlich bessere App für diesen Schreibtisch. Ich habe bisher keine Verbindungsprobleme oder anderes. Plus 1000mal besser finde ich, dass ich nur einen Knopf in der App drücke und er fährt auf die Position, die ich will. In der anderen App musste ich den Knopf immer halten. Vielleicht erkennt Ikea diesen Entwickler an und supported die App irgendwann offiziell. Von mir gibt es für den Entwickler aber auf jeden Fall einen Kaffee! ☕️
