Broken sync
The sync function is broken. It downloads folders fine, so I know it’s connected to the server, but won’t successfully perform a sync function. Every time it throws one of two errors or just crashes. This is causing a gap in our compliance because up to date SOPs are not pushed to our offline access iPads in the event of an internet outage (which we just had the other day).
Also, the app support button in the App Store just takes you to Ideagen’s “404 page not found” page.

Broken app
This app continues to have issues that support refuses to address. Frozen login screens, multiple document sync issues, slow performance, etc. These issues have been present in several previous versions.
