There are bugs in the app and I am unable to even control the on / off of the lights and was not able to use my customised colours in the app.
Better than expected
Despite having a little trouble connecting with the lights at first, I’m actually pleasantly surprised by how well this app works. You can customize the color of every single bulb on the chain.
Ideal LED App
This app does not work so I can’t use the lights I paid for.
Fix the app
Since the last update I haven’t been able to control my lights at all. The app says they’re connected but nothing I do changes anything about them. I can’t turn them off now or change the colors.
Good app when it works.
It was a good app before it stopped working because It literally won’t let me do anything to my lights.. I can’t change the color. I can’t turn it off unless I unplug it. I literally can’t do anything. They’re stuck the color I had them previously for months ago.
Update destruction
The app was fine, easy to use, could control the lights from anywhere. But once I updated the app it completely disconnected from the lights and no longer was able to control the lights and pattern. I’m currently using the remote to operate the lights which defeats the purpose of me getting these instead of another brand… please fix

HELP
Ever since I updated the app I cannot do ANYTHING with my lights!! I can’t turn them on, change brightness, change pattern, literally nothing! And it’s been like this for WEEKS now!
Broken for 2 months
Update to the app broke all functionality. No resolution for 2 months so looks like my light strips are now useless :/

A recent update broke it and now the app doesn’t work anymore. It has been months, and the issue is still not fixed.

This used to be such a good app before the last 2 updates. Not it doesn’t work and the lights can’t be updated. PLEASE go back to the version that works

Worked great before I loved how I could customize each light but now I can't do that. The app needs to be fixed, when it does I will change my review.

Nothing but problems. One my 2nd attachment to outlet. Less than 6 months old
Not working right anymore
I’ve had this app and these lights for a couple years now lights still work but now no matter what I do the app and lights aren’t responding to each other so the lights are now permanently one color cause nothing I do works I don’t know what changed but it’s unfortunate cause I’d like to still use the lights if possible however if the app isn’t gonna work anymore I may have to seek a different brand

App no longer controls my lights
I can no longer control my lights with this app. Was happy before, not any more. In the trash they go!
