This app is so confusing, you have to fool around to try and figure stuff out. Not surprised it’s mad in china

this app asks for your email address to create an account while there are other that work with the same devices automatically, like LotusLamp X, installing and playing, no personal data required.
The worst ever
The app logs you out whenever it wants and it requires a password reset which is an email in Chinese that always goes to junk mail. AND NOW the app will NEVER send a password request email which makes it completely locked out of the app and therefore NO app control of LED lights. The worst ever. Can’t even register a new account. The company is probably out of business.
