this app asks for your email address to create an account while there are other that work with the same devices automatically, like LotusLamp X, installing and playing, no personal data required.
The worst ever
The app logs you out whenever it wants and it requires a password reset which is an email in Chinese that always goes to junk mail. AND NOW the app will NEVER send a password request email which makes it completely locked out of the app and therefore NO app control of LED lights. The worst ever. Can’t even register a new account. The company is probably out of business.

Outdoor lights don’t follow schedule times.

MocmoHome app needs a major overhaul, also needs more preprogrammed events added. What they have preinstalled now is not much to speak of.

This is the worst app I’ve ever seen. Doesn’t connect to the lights most of the time. Now, I can’t even sign into the app. Have requested to reset password multiple times without response from site. So now I have lights I can’t use!
NO reset!
You can’t reset the app. And there is no longer a listing in my Bluetooth to connect? Glad it took me all day to install these!!!
Utter rubbish
I really don’t know why I keep buying these awful pieces of junk! The lights work but the zapper doesn’t and you can’t get the app to function on your phone either. Stop wasting money on tatty IT toys!
Great app
Unsure why the bad reviews as this works perfectly for me and not one issue. Have plenty of color options and even have a timer set for on and off. Highly recommend.
What the heck
This app blows. It is a pain in the butt to set up, it doesn’t stay connected and logging back in is a head ache. My neighbor has had these lights for a couple of years and they always look great. He only puts them up during the Christmas holiday. I liked them so much that I purchased them. Even though they are very expensive I bought them. The lights themselves work great, as long as you use the remote. From the start I had difficulty with the app. For some reason the app doesn’t stay connected. I have now had the light in regular use for about 2 months. When I am actually able to log into the app I have to be right in front of the receiver for the app to talk with the lights. Recently I have been unable to log into the app. It keeps saying that my password is wrong. When I try to reset the password I am told a log ninjas been sent to my email. While checking my email I can find the sent email. I finally just gave up and stick with the remote. This really sucks because the remote is very limited. As of right now I would not recommend these lights for purchase.

Works well for me
I’ve experience no issues with using the app and connecting it to my light. I really like all the different settings I can access through the app!
App stopped working
2 days after installing our lights the app stopped accepting our username and password. I had to go through a huge process to reset my password, then it did it again. Not worth the money, buy the Govee.
Never works
So frustrating, it never connects, lights are set in a constant rainbow and no matter what I do the color and pattern never changes. I have to unplug them to turn them off and on. What a waste and the cost was insane.

Problems with app
The app updated and will not allow me back in, tried resetting the password, no email sent, created new account still no access. The support page will not open.
Serious Development Work Needed
App never stays connected to lights, & is unable to connect to lights through Wi-Fi like many other apps and lights are able to do. Lights were overpriced to begin with, one would think that the app would at least save the password or stop logging users out daily. I shouldn’t have to have an email bookmarked for a password (because of course) you’re unable to even set your own password. POS app and I’d recommend Govee if you are simply perusing lights. Avoid any product that uses this app.
