Idealista is one of the top 2 or 3 property websites in terms of engineering quality. This app is super slick and snappy. Refreshing compared to the bloated junk with poor UX of most property websites/apps. I just wish I could filter by land size.
Multiple listings
Please limit the multiple listings of the same property that are listed by separate realtors. Sometimes there are up to 6-7 listings of the same place on a search.
Great for sellers of property
I use this app to sell a property in Spain and it has been great, better than paying a local agent. You don’t have to pay anything if you don’t need the extras and it works very well. I wish dating apps were like this lol

Used to be good, forced log in now, is disappointing.
I have been using this app for years, looking for a property in Spain. For years it was everything I needed, I never had to surrender any private information like email or Apple or Google log ins, but with the recent change and now being forced to log in, (just so I can discard a property) is a huge backwards step for me and a big negative for the rating. (Was 5*).
The “ONLY” time you need my details is when I finally find that property and need to proceed.
