Brilliant for travellers
I was on holiday for two weeks in Slovakia and this app was a godsend. So easy to use, could book tickets for myself and my luggage in the stored compartment with no problem. Tickets are all stored in the app and can be purchased using Apple Pay.

Works only on ZSR railways
Works just fine until you want to travel abroad of SK e.g. to Wien, Austria and then you have a problem……

App is not working – Unable to buy tickets
The app is completely non-functional. I am trying to buy a ticket for a trip on May 1st, but the system gives an error every time.

Functionality is mostly wague
As some reviews already have said, the app had its issues, which were tolerable, but to be honest now, it does either function not correctly or not at all. The train delay was always questionable in this app, but currently the app does not show delays at all, at least it does not show to me. Apple Pay does sometimes work sometimes not. This app has been training my patience ever since, but right now I am having a really heavy hearth towards this app, giving me even less hope in Slovak trains.

Always late
The worst train system ever. I’ve been waiting for almost two hours and I missed my plane because of them. The reason was some repairing of the railway. Why should this concern me??? It's the company's fault and it must bear the consequences for such a careless attitude!!! Shame on you and all you stuff.

Non working app with high fees
After paying 16€ return fee from 22€ ticket one would expect the app at least working properly
Absolutely unreliable
Absolutely unreliable. You rely on the app when buying a ticket, but oops, it doesn't work. Again. And again. And then, randomly, it does. What a joke!
Make an update, please
Why it is not possible to buy ticket for a train which is delayed? Please update the app in this matter.

I have been using this application for years, and while it has always had issues, they were tolerable—until now. The current state of the app has finally compelled me to write this review.
The information provided is completely unreliable. Train delay notifications are wildly inaccurate and bear no resemblance to reality or the data shown on other train schedule websites.
I frequently purchase tickets for international trains, and this app is plagued with bugs. The loading time when attempting to buy a seat reservation is excruciatingly slow. In 90% of cases, the app refuses to let me select a seat from the seat map. If I want to see which carriages are included in the train, I have to consult foreign applications—which, interestingly enough, have full access to this information.
Even more frustrating: when I check a foreign app to see which seats are available, then return to this app and try to manually enter and select that specific seat, the endless loading inevitably ends with an error message claiming the seat doesn't exist. Consequently, I'm forced to purchase all my seat reservations through foreign apps.

App was working flawlessly but today when i wanted to buy a ticket it didnt even find the train and say that i have no internet connection. When I uninstalled and installed the app again I tried to log in but they wanted my password even tho I never entered any password
Unable to buy ticket in app
Tried to buy ticket in an app, after filling the info, an error popped out, since servers are shared with web I was unable to buy the tickets on web as well. Had to pay 5€ for 7minutes ride by cash in ticket office.
However this wasnt first occasion, crashes are pretty often, you can call yourself fortunate if you manage to actually buy a ticket in the app

Got log out but not able to log back in
From website I can login to my account to book the ticket. But app…no. I been try for few days. Hope they will fix it soon.
So many bugs
Keyboard hides the text pole where i am typing.
When checking zerofee and then changing to no discount withou unchecking the zero fee you can leave.
And many more bugs like when youre isic ends you can still buy ticket for free and then they threw me out of the train because have my isic expired.
Crazy.

Registration not found
I can’t buy a ticket with this app.. every time when I want to pay, I get message “registration not found”. I’ve contacted support, they said I need to input other registration number. I entered the one from them and still not working!!!
