Not working
I have paid for a yearly subscription, but the app isn’t recognising it. Please can this be rectified.

I want to use this app but it’s freezing up on me. It say I’ve already downloaded it. It’s stuck on one picture. Says to try later. I can’t get get into any settings. Not sure what to do. I will change my rating if this gets fixed.
