I went through the interface of app and it is simply phenomenal! The way one can easily load digital notes and coins in their e Rupee account is simply awesome! I highly recommend this for all those who have a bank account in IDFC FIRST Bank Digital Rupee Wallet.

Not able to use the app

Application is keeps loading for longer time then pop up is failed to fetch user details earlier not able to use the application

Technical glitches

After every 10-15 days of usage, app throws an Error #0009 and App doesn’t allow to Logout and relogin. I’m required to uninstall and re-install the app, that too sometimes does not work. It’s frustrating. I can not use balance in my this CBDT wallet when needed

Worst application

This is the worst app i might have come across and I am bound to use this app as a certain amount of our salary is compulsorily been transferred to this app directly every month. This app never works whenever required since three months i am trying to use funds which are in the wallet yet i am unable to.
I hope this issue is resolved so we can use our own money in emergency without any issue.

Receipt share needs improvement

When sharing the transaction, only the content displayed is shared and not the whole transaction. As share option is at the bottom, when I scroll down, transaction details goes up and on sharing only the rupee details are displayed. Pls enable whole transaction details for sharing. Rest all OK.

Consistently facing Unable to fetch user details Error

I have been consistently facing the issue of unable to fetch user details, which makes it very difficult for the application to be used. Even after trying logout and login again. It still doesn’t work. I have re installed the application more than a dozen of time, but facing the same issue again and again, requesting developers to please cater Dhaba.

Not opening

App is not even opening then how to do transactions. Have added money in the wallet which I cannot use. The worst app. Try to learn from the upi apps which are available.
