E wallet loading issue
I have downloaded the app today and the wallet got successfully linked to my bank account. However, on trying to load the wallet the same failed even after 4 attempts with a message “loading failed”

Money debited from bank but not loaded into wallet
Money debited from bank but not loaded into wallet. Raised a dispute ticket and no one from bank acknowledged the ticket.
