Why?
When I download it on apple (apple iPad 5th generation) it says purchased but why?

You sit there and when I tap on a used room it does nothing and you can only teach your dentist one thing and there’s no button to take something like a skill away I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO PLAY THIS GAME ITS ANNOYING.
Fun but…
Super fun, but I just wish there was more to do. You only get to “work on a patient” when you watch an ad to treat a “VIP” patient. Why can’t I hire more janitors? I built a room but can’t do anything with it (yet I am hoping) you can only hire more tutors and builders by paying $4.99 for them. I would rather spend diamonds or have to be at a certain level with the head dr. It would be cool be to be able to name the practice and your first doctor, and choose from candidates to hire. Also, a receptionist in the reception and options to lever them up would be neat as well.
The game has occasional glitches but just closing out of the app fixes it, other than that it’s really cool just wish there was more to actually do 🤷🏼♀️

Way to many ads
I was enjoying the game until I realized you have to watch an ad every time you want to do something extra, like taking care of VIP clients, boosting, etc! What’s more irritating we are in an pandemic an you have to pay $9.99 to get rid of ads! That’s way to much! I’m deleting until the ad situation is taken care of! To many ads ruined a good game!

The concept of the game is good but it has its downsides
1. Not enough customers
2. You spend more time watching ads than playing the game
3. Only 1 tutor so it takes forever to upgrade your doctors
4. Only 1 builder
5. Patients always leave bad reviews even if the dr had the necessary skill level for what they needed
I could go on and on. I will eventually get bored and probably delete this game.
DEVELOPER PLEASE FIX THE ABOVE ISSUES!!!!

it can be entertaining but i have to constantly close and reopen the app because it stops responding to me tapping on rooms
Fun but annoying
This game is fun but frustrating you have to buy more tutors instead of earning them throughout the game. Also, the amount of patients don’t seem to increase so a lot of my new doctors just stand there most of the time and don’t have patients. Would love if you could customize doctors and assistants as well

Takes too long to level up
Takes way too long to level up with only one tutor and limited diamonds. By time you can afford the next cabinet the first one is barely leveled up. Would be better if you got another tutor when you buy the next cabinet. Even then it would still take long but not ridiculously long.
